Job Summary:
We are looking for a
dedicated and detail-oriented Female Accounts Executive
to join our finance team within a dynamic jewellery manufacturing environment. Candidates with
2-3 years of accounting experience
in their home country are welcome to apply. This role is ideal for individuals who are well-versed in day-to-day accounting operations, cost tracking, and have a strong grasp of UAE VAT compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing
general ledger entries
and maintaining accurate financial records
Support in
monthly reports
, account reconciliations, and vendor payments
Assist with
VAT filing
and compliance in line with UAE regulations
Maintain records of
job order costing
and production expenses
Ensure proper documentation of
payroll, utility bills, and purchase invoices
Coordinate with senior accountants and external auditors as required
Perform
inventory and costing checks
for each production cycle
Support in day-to-day finance and administration tasks
Requirements:
Female candidates only

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
2-3 years of accounting experience
(experience from home country acceptable)
Good understanding of
costing, accounts payable/receivable, and basic financial reporting
Familiarity with
accounting software
such as Tally, QuickBooks, ERP, or similar
Knowledge of
UAE VAT rules and compliance
preferred
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Previous experience in
manufacturing or
the
jewellery industry
Understanding of
job order accounting
and
production cost tracking
