We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

Accountant
to become a key part of our finance team. This role involves overseeing essential accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and contributing to strategic financial planning. You will collaborate directly with senior leadership to provide valuable insights that guide important business decisions and help drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Reconcile accounts and maintain the general ledger
Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes
Coordinate and support internal and external audits
Manage budgeting and forecasting processes
Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff
Prepare tax filings and ensure timely submissions
Implement and monitor internal financial controls
Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management
Requirements:
MBA in Finance (required)
5-10 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficient in accounting software Tally Prime.
Advanced Excel skills and strong financial capabilities.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
