Senior Accountant or Account Manager - Interior and Fit out

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to oversee general accounting operations, ensure accuracy in financial reporting, and support month-end and year-end close processes. The Senior Accountant will play a key role in maintaining compliance with accounting standards, improving internal controls, and mentoring junior accounting staff.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Manage general ledger activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations Lead month-end and year-end close processes Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS and company accounting policies Analyze financial data and provide insights to management Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Coordinate with external auditors and assist during audits Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting procedures Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets as needed Mentor and review work of junior accounting staff
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred) CPA, ACCA, or CMA certification preferred 4-7+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and financial reporting Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and Excel Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Effective communication and teamwork skills
Work Environment

Full-time position May require extended hours during month-end and year-end close
