About the Company:

We are a leading tobacco company based in Jebel Ali Free Zone, dedicated to excellence and growth in the UAE market. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to strengthen our finance team.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the company's accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations. Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis initiatives. Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards, VAT regulations, and company policies. Support audits and coordinate with external auditors. Mentor and guide junior accounting staff. Provide insights to management for financial decision-making.

Requirements:

Minimum 4-5 years of accounting experience in the UAE. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/ACCA is a plus. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, v-lookups). Experience with accounting software; Oracle Netsuite knowledge is a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in a multinational or FMCG/tobacco company. Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
