to manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles and be capable of handling accounts independently.
Maintain proper books of accounts including AR, AP, and General Ledger
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Manage invoicing, payments, receipts, and bank reconciliations
Ensure timely processing of payroll, VAT, and statutory compliance
Prepare VAT returns and coordinate with auditors and consultants
Monitor cash flow and support budget preparation
Verify expenses and ensure compliance with company policies
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally / ERP systems)
Strong MS Excel and reporting skills
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Experience in construction / MEP / contracting industry (if applicable)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
