We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced

Senior

Accountant

to join our team at Emeron Electromechanical Services LLC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy in accounting processes, and supporting management with financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of all accounting activities. Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable. Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports. Process invoices, payments, and payroll. Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting and forecasting. Coordinate with auditors, management, and relevant departments. Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and company policies. Support management with financial analysis and reporting.

Requirements

Proven experience in

Accounts Payable

and

Accounts Receivable

Strong knowledge of

month-end closing activities

Ability to prepare

MIS Reports

accurately and on time Hands-on experience in

finalization of accounts

Good understanding of

UAE VAT filing & compliance

Proficiency in

Excel

and accounting software (Tally/QuickBooks/Zoho Books/Odoo preferred) Ability to reconcile ledgers, verify transactions, and ensure accuracy in financial entries Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and organizational skills Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent Experience in construction/electromechanical industry is an added advantage

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in

construction / electromechanical

companies is an advantage. Knowledge of VAT filing and financial auditing.
