Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced
Senior Accountant
to manage the financial operations of our real estate company. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of real estate accounting, project costing, cash flow, and financial reporting. Experience inReal Estate Development / Property Management

.Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial transactions Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger Review and reconcile bank statements Manage project costing, revenue recognition, and property-related expenses Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and company policies Coordinate with auditors for year-end audits Prepare VAT returns and ensure compliance with FTA regulations Support management with financial analysis and reports Maintain accurate and organized financial records
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is must
6-10 years of accounting experience
, includingstrong experience in Real Estate Development / Properties Management
Solid understanding of project accounting, escrow accounts, and real estate financial cycles Strong knowledge of VAT filing and UAE financial regulations Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills Proficiency in both Arabic and EnglishJob Type: Full-time
Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
