Job Description
We are seeking an
Immediate Joiner Senior Accountant
with strong experience in theconstruction industry
and a proven track record of overseeing full accounting operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have10+ years of relevant experience
, excellent knowledge of UAE accounting standards, and the ability to manage project-based financials.Key Responsibilities:
Handle full-cycle accounting, including AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing Manage project costing, WIP, subcontractor payments, and progress billing Prepare financial statements, cash flow reports, and project profitability analysis Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and relevant financial regulations Coordinate with project teams, procurement, and management for accurate cost tracking Support audits and implement accounting process improvements
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; professional certification preferred
10+ years of accounting experience in the construction industry (UAE experience required)
Strong knowledge of project accounting, cost control, and contract billing Excellent MS Excel and ERP skills Ability to joinimmediately
Location:
Dubai, UAEJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,500.00 per month
