Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
Senior Accountant
to join ourGeotechnical Laboratory
team. The ideal candidate should have3-4 years of experience
in afast-paced work environment
, preferably with acivil engineering or construction background
.You will be responsible for managing the
entire accounting cycle
, includingAccounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP)
, and preparingMIS reports
. This role requires strong attention to detail, financial acumen, and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage
end-to-end accounting functions
Process and monitorAccounts Receivable (AR)
andAccounts Payable (AP)
Prepare and analyzeMIS reports
and financial statements Handlemonthly, quarterly, and yearly closings
Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policiesQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3-4 years of accounting experience in a
fast-paced environment
Civil or geotechnical industry background is aplus
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, ERP, etc.) Solid knowledge ofAR, AP
, andMIS reporting
Strong analytical and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesImmediate joiners
