Job Description
The Accountant is responsible for managing and maintaining financial operations specific to online retail business activities. This position ensures the accurate recording and reporting of financial transactions related to e-commerce platforms, payment gateways, and inventory systems.
Requirements
Education:
# Bachelors/master's degree in accounting, Finance or related field.
Experience:
# Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in accounting or finance
# Familiarity with payment gateway's and settlement reconciliation.
Other Skills:
# Strong Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suites, particularly Excel.
# Proficiency in accounting software's and Functions.
# Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and forecasting.
# Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic e-commerce environment.
# Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
# Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
