Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
Senior Accountant
to join our finance team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background ininternational accounting, construction project finance, and cost control
. This role involves overseeing daily accounting operations, preparing financial reports, managing audits, and ensuring compliance with UAE and international financial standards.Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle accounting and financial reporting for local and international projects. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Monitor project budgets, costs, and cash flows. Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders. Ensure compliance with IFRS, VAT, and UAE regulatory requirements. Support management with financial analysis and strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/ACCA preferred). Minimum 5-8 years of accounting experience, preferably in the
construction industry
. Strong knowledge ofIFRS, project accounting, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
. Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.Benefits:
