About Us:

ABN Victor Business Center is a leading provider of premium office spaces and corporate services in Dubai. We are currently seeking an

experienced Senior Accountant

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a

minimum of 6 years of accounting experience

, preferably in the

Real Estate or Business Center sector

within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

VAT Compliance:

Manage and ensure adherence to all UAE VAT regulations, including handling FTA queries. Oversee and manage

end-to-end accounting operations

. Handle

Accounts Receivable (AR)

and

Accounts Payable (AP)

functions. Prepare and analyze

MIS reports

and financial statements. Manage

monthly, quarterly, and annual closings

. Maintain accurate and up-to-date

financial records

and ledgers. Assist with

budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring

. Coordinate with

auditors

for internal and external audits. Ensure compliance with

accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirements

. Generate and issue

invoices and credit memos

promptly. Reconcile

accounts receivable ledgers

and resolve discrepancies. Follow up on

overdue payments

and manage collection processes. Support

month-end and year-end close activities

.

Qualifications & Skills:

Master's degree

in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum

6 years of accounting experience

, ideally within Real Estate or Business Centers. Strong knowledge of

UAE VAT system

and compliance procedures. Proficiency in

PACT, Tally, QuickBooks, ERP systems

, and MS Office Suite. Sound knowledge of

AR, AP, and MIS reporting

. Strong

analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

. Excellent

communication and interpersonal abilities

. Ability to work

independently

under tight deadlines.
