Job Description

:

We are seeking a highly skilled and real estate experienced Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise Accounting team of 10 Accountants .

Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Taxes.

Prepare error-free accounting reports on weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.

Conduct regular ledger maintenance and reconciliation of accounts.

Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.

Prepare budget and forecast.

Coordinate and liaise with external auditors during audits.

Analyse financial data and provide insights to management for decision-making.

Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures.

Handle payroll processing and related financial tasks.

Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions.

Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

+7 years of relevant working experience in Dubai, preferable in Real Estate Company

CA, MBA Finance

Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures

Advanced MS Excel skills.

Detail oriented and hard working

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
