Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Senior Accountant to join our Dubai office. This on-site position is responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and overseeing the delivery of finance, tax, and payroll services. The Senior Accountant will lead the Junior Accountants, review financial reports, and ensure the accuracy and quality of client deliverables. The role also involves contributing to internal process improvements, supporting financial audits, and coordinating with other departments to maintain accurate and compliant financial reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field CPA or CMA qualification (required) Minimum of 3 years of relevant UAE experience Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations Solid understanding of financial accounting, statement preparation, and budgeting Experience in audits and compliance processes Reports directly to the Finance Head and supervises Junior Accountants Proficient in accounting software and MS Office Suite; experience with Zoho, QuickBooks, or Tally is a plus Skilled in financial forecasting and analysis Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
