Job Title: Senior Accountant
Location:
Dubai, UAEKey Responsibilities:
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and other financial regulations.
Assist in budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and financial forecasting.
Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.
Assist in internal and external audits with accurate documentation.
Provide financial insights and reports to management for informed decision-making.
Maintain accurate records and implement best accounting practices.
Qualifications and Skills:
CA Inter or equivalent, or CA with 1-2 years of experience (freshers with CA qualification may also apply).
Minimum 5-7 years of accounting experience in UAE, preferably in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, financial regulations, and accounting standards.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
Nationality: Asians are preferred
