Senior Accountant

to join our finance team and support our continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local regulations and company policies. Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations. Oversee tax filings, VAT returns, and compliance with government regulations. Develop and implement internal financial controls and procedures. Monitor cash flow, budgets, and forecasts to support business decision-making. Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation. Support management with financial analysis, reporting, and recommendations for cost optimization. Lead and mentor junior accountants in the finance team.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance. Minimum of 5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, IFRS, and financial regulations. Experience in the tourism, hospitality, or service industry is an advantage. Proficiency in accounting software

(e.g., QuickBooks, Tally and CRM Software)

. Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
