Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team in the UAE. In this role, you will play a key part in managing financial processes, ensuring compliance, and contributing to the financial health of our parking management business. Your expertise will support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency within our organization.

Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including ledger management, reconciliations, and journal entries.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with regulatory requirements.

- Monitor and analyze accounting data to ensure accuracy and compliance.

- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

- Coordinate with auditors during audits and provide required documentation.

- Ensure adherence to company policies and UAE accounting standards.

- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve financial controls.

- Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and best practices relevant to the parking management industry.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

- Professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred.

- Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the parking management or related service industry.

- Strong knowledge of UAE accounting standards and tax laws.

- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
