Job Description
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Zoho, especially Zoho Books.
Proficiency in Zoho Books and familiarity with the broader Zoho Finance Suite.
Excellent analytical and detail-oriented skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger. Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant standards. Manage month-end and year-end closing processes. Record and track all financial transactions using Zoho Books. Implement and optimize Zoho Finance applications for enhanced financial reporting and efficiency. Generate and interpret financial reports via Zoho Analytics. Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and maintain accurate financial records. Coordinate and support external audits. Develop and enforce internal control policies and procedures. Prepare and file VAT returns timely and accurately. Stay current on VAT law updates and ensure ongoing compliance. Calculate and prepare corporate tax returns, ensuring adherence to all applicable tax laws. Support tax planning strategies to optimize company tax obligations.
