Senior Accountant

Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to ensure accuracy and compliance across all accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee accounting operations (AP, AR, GL, reconciliations). Prepare and review monthly, quarterly & annual financial statements. Ensure compliance with IFRS, VAT, and local tax regulations. Supervise and mentor junior accountants. Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Requirements:
Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance (CPA/ACCA/CMA/CA preferred). 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience. Strong knowledge of IFRS and UAE financial regulations. Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, etc.). Excellent analytical, problem-solving & leadership skills.
