The Finance Officer will be responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day financial transactions, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting budgeting and reporting activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
Development finance
, including property transactions, escrow accounts, project costing, and regulatory compliance (e.g., RERA, DLD).
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Management
Maintain accurate financial records for all property-related transactions
Process accounts payable and receivable, including rent collection, vendor payments, and commission disbursements
Reconcile bank statements and escrow accounts (e.g., Noqoodi, RERA)
Budgeting & Forecasting
Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial forecasts for development projects and operational costs
Monitor expenditures against budgets and provide variance analysis
Reporting
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Generate project profitability reports and ROI analysis for real estate investments
Support audit processes and prepare documentation for internal and external auditors
Compliance & Regulatory
Ensure compliance with local financial regulations, tax laws, and real estate authorities (e.g., RERA, DLD)
Manage VAT reporting and filing in coordination with tax advisors
Oversee timely renewal of licenses and permits related to real estate operations
Cash Flow Management
Monitor daily cash flow and ensure sufficient liquidity for ongoing operations and projects
Coordinate with banks on facilities, guarantees, and project financing
Coordination & Support
Liaise with property managers, legal, and sales teams to ensure accurate financial handling of deals
Provide financial guidance to management and assist in strategic decision-making
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA/ACCA/CMA preferred)
3-5 years of experience in a finance role, with
at least 2 years in the Developers
Strong knowledge of real estate accounting principles, escrow management, and project finance
Familiarity with RERA/DLD regulations and reporting
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g.,ODOO, Tally, Zoho, or ERP systems)
Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience handling real estate project finance, sales transactions, and client payments
Understanding of real estate development cycles and construction cost tracking
Knowledge of local banking and regulatory frameworks related to property and escrow

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
