Senior Accountant

Planworks Communications LLC is a well-established Marketing (BTL)/Advertising Production Company located in Dubai. Formed in 2009, we are a pioneer in advertising and marketing production business. Over this period of time, we have built a strong relationship with our clients through our high-quality works.

A minimum of 5+ years of experience as Accountant preferred. You should also be creative, hardworking, ambitious and have a dynamic personality accompanied by the ability to easily build rapport with others.

Candidate must,

Manage all accounting operations based on accounting principles.

Prepare budget, balance sheet, monthly financial statements.

Conduct month-end and year-end close process.

Collect, analyze and summarize account information.

Develop periodic reports for management.

Audit financial transactions and document accounting control procedures.

Keep information confidential and secure them with random database backups.

Processing and finalizing the monthly transaction checking of monthly payroll to ensure accuracy.

Preparation of Invoices, Receivables & Payables Statements and follow-up of receivables.

Preparation of Bank Reconciliations Statements.

Maintaining Petty Cash of the Organization.

Preparation of supplier's payments.

Handling various assignments relating to Finance Department.

Preparations of Monthly Financial Reports.

Knowledge on VAT taxations

Thorough knowledge of accounting and corporate finance principles and procedures.

Candidate's with a

spouse visa

preferred.

Post-graduation with minimum 5 years of UAE experience on a same role.
