We are seeking a

Senior Accountant

to oversee accounting and financial operations across both our

online and offline business verticals

.

Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Accounting & Reporting

Manage end-to-end accounting operations including

AP/AR, general ledger, reconciliations, and payroll

. Prepare

monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

in compliance with IFRS and UAE regulations. Consolidate accounts across

e-commerce (Amazon, Noon, JAM Now)

and

offline distribution channels

. Ensure timely

VAT/GST filings and compliance

in relevant jurisdictions (UAE, India, KSA).

Online Business Finance (E-Commerce & Q-Commerce)

Track and reconcile

marketplace settlements (Amazon, Noon, Carrefour, Trendyol, JAM Now)

. Monitor

ACOS, TACOS, ROAS

and other financial KPIs with the performance marketing team. Analyse

payment cycles, chargebacks, commissions, and logistics deductions

from marketplaces. Support

pricing strategies

through margin analysis, landed cost, and profitability tracking per SKU.

Offline Business Finance (Distribution & Retail)

Manage

retailer and distributor account reconciliations

, ensuring accurate invoicing and collections. Track

B2B purchase orders, credit terms (90-120 days)

, and ensure timely follow-up on receivables. Maintain

inventory costing and stock valuation reports

in line with WMS/ERP systems. Coordinate with operations for

import/export documentation, customs duty, and supplier payments

.

Budgeting, Audit & Controls

Assist in

budget preparation, variance analysis, and financial forecasting

. Liaise with

external auditors, tax advisors, and compliance officers

. Implement and monitor

internal financial controls

to minimise risks. Provide

management reports

for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's/Master's degree in

Accounting, Finance, or Commerce

.

CA/CPA/ACCA qualification

preferred. 5-7 years of experience in

accounting and finance

, with exposure to

e-commerce and distribution businesses

. Strong knowledge of

IFRS, VAT/GST, and cross-border financial compliance

. Hands-on experience with

ERP systems (Odoo, Zoho, SAP, or similar)

and

marketplace finance dashboards

. Advanced Excel and analytical skills. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
