Job Description

1. Core Accounting & Finance Skills (minimum five required)

Knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP, IFRS) Bank Reconciliations and Trial balances Financial statement preparation & analysis General ledger management Budgeting, forecasting, and cost control Taxation laws and compliance Audit preparation and support Accounts payable/receivable management Payroll processing

2. Analytical & Technical Skills

Strong numerical and analytical ability Financial data interpretation Variance and trend analysis Risk assessment and internal controls

3. Technology Skills

Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Tally, Xero, Sage, SAP, Oracle, etc.) Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) Familiarity with ERP systems Knowledge of financial reporting tools

4. Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge

Understanding of tax laws and filing requirements Awareness of corporate governance policies Knowledge of industry-specific financial regulations

5. Soft Skills

Attention to detail and accuracy Problem-solving mindset Strong organizational and time management skills Communication skills (to explain financial data clearly) Ethical judgment and integrity Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,500.00 per month
