Job Description
Role Overview:
We're looking for a Senior Accountant with good knowledge of accounting and QuickBooks to manage day-to-day financial tasks and assist with client bookings. This role is ideal for someone with around 2 - 3 years of experience in UAE who's organised, detail-oriented, and interested in the production industry.
Main Tasks:
Manage daily accounting entries in QuickBooks Prepare and send invoices, track payments, and maintain records Reconcile bank statements and assist with monthly reports Help with VAT filing and basic payroll entries Support the team in checking equipment and crew availability Help coordinate bookings with clients and update internal calendars Assist with follow-ups and general admin work
What We're Looking For:
Good knowledge of accounting principles Experience using
QuickBooks
(at least 1 year preferred) Comfortable with Microsoft Excel and basic reporting Organised and responsible with attention to detail Good communication skills Interest in production, film, or media is a plusPreferably: Female
