Job Description

We are looking for a

Senior Accountant

to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will lead financial operations, ensure compliance with regulations, and provide valuable insights to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records (GL entries, AP/AR, payroll, reconciliations). Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and management reports. Ensure tax compliance and meet all filing deadlines. Support internal and external audits with accurate documentation. Monitor business expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities. Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accurate recording of transactions. Propose process improvements for efficiency and stronger internal controls. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting.
Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2-5 years of proven accounting/finance experience (industry background is a plus). Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, Tally) and MS Excel. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
