Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented

Senior Accountant

to join our finance team. The ideal candidate must be

ACCA or CMA fully qualified

, with a strong command of

Microsoft Excel

and hands-on experience with

Microsoft Dynamics 365

. This role is critical in ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and supporting strategic financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Manage general ledger activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and adjustments. Lead month-end and year-end closing processes. Analyze financial data and provide insights to support budgeting and forecasting. Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with auditors during internal and external audits. Maintain and improve financial systems and processes, especially within

Dynamics 365

. Develop and maintain complex Excel models for financial analysis and reporting. Support tax filings and liaise with external consultants as needed. Mentor junior accountants and contribute to team development.

Required Qualifications:

Professional Certification:

ACCA or CMA (completed).

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience.

Technical Skills:

Advanced proficiency in

Microsoft Excel

(pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query, etc.). Strong working knowledge of

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

. Familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
