Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced

Accountant

with a strong background in wholesale or retail business operations. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end accounting tasks, including taxation, corporate tax, and VAT compliance, while overseeing all financial processes related to daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records. Handle complete bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger. Ensure compliance with UAE Corporate Tax and VAT regulations, including timely filing and reporting. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Process payroll, employee benefits, and statutory payments. Support in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control processes. Liaise with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders as required. Monitor inventory and coordinate with warehouse teams for stock management. Maintain documentation for all tax submissions and audits. Suggest and implement process improvements for financial efficiency.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum

3 years' accounting experience

in

wholesale or retail companies

within Dubai. Strong knowledge of UAE

VAT

,

Corporate Tax

, and financial regulations. Proficient in accounting software (e.g. Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, or similar). Good understanding of import/export documentation is preferred. Fluency in

Malayalam or Urdu

is mandatory. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
