Job Description

We are looking to expand our finance team with a dedicated Senior Accountant who has strong experience in tax filing, auditing, cash handling, and general accounting functions. If you're an experienced professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Oversee and reconcile accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger transactions. Lead tax filing and ensure compliance with local tax regulations, including VAT, corporate tax, and other relevant filings. Handle and monitor cash management activities, including cash flow reports, reconciliations, and bank transactions. Lead the audit process and liaise with external auditors to ensure smooth and timely audits. Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing procedures. Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure financial data integrity. Mentor and support junior accountants in their day-to-day tasks and professional development. Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities, providing insights based on historical financial performance. Stay up-to-date with the latest tax laws, accounting regulations, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree

in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Strong knowledge of

tax filing

. Proficiency in

Microsoft Excel

and accounting software (

FOCUS

and

TALLY

preferred).

Minimum 2 years of UAE experience

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
