Job Overview
:The Senior Accountant will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's financial accounting functions, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance with regulations, and efficient financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
:Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports. Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls. Supervise junior accountants and assist with their development. Handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. Coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely audits. Manage accounts payable/receivable and general ledger entries.
Qualifications
:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or equivalent certification preferred. 5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role. Strong knowledge of accounting software and Excel. Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and leadership skills.
Working Hours
:Full-time, standard office hours with occasional overtime.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
