Oversee the preparation of financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards. Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and variance analysis to facilitate timely decision-making. Develop and implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks and enhance operational efficiency. Assist in budgeting and forecasting by analyzing historical data and providing insights into financial trends. Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory. Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles within a corporate environment. Experience in industries such as manufacturing, retail, or financial services is highly desirable. Additional Information
