BCS Technologies is seeking a highly experienced

Senior Accountant

proficient in

Zoho Books

,

Odoo ERP

,

VAT compliance

,

P&L management

,

Accounts Receivable

, and

payroll accounting

. The successful candidate will oversee end-to-end financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to the financial strategy of the organization through accurate and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle accounting and general ledger maintenance in

Zoho Books

and

Odoo ERP

. Prepare and analyze

Profit & Loss statements

,

balance sheets

, and

cash flow reports

. Oversee accurate

salary processing

and ensure correct recording of payroll entries including taxes, allowances, incentives and statutory provisions. Manage

VAT return filings

, reconciliations, and ensure compliance with applicable tax laws. Lead the

Accounts Receivable

function: generate invoices, monitor collections, reconcile customer accounts, and generate aging reports. Use

ERP systems

(Zoho and Odoo) for integrated accounting, reporting, and process automation. Perform monthly bank and intercompany reconciliations. Prepare financial documents and reports for audits and statutory reviews. Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Implement and improve internal financial controls and accounting procedures.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA, CA, or equivalent preferred. 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including independent responsibility for payroll and AR.

Proficiency in Zoho Books and Odoo ERP

(mandatory). In-depth knowledge of

ERP-based accounting workflows

. Strong grasp of

VAT regulations

, payroll tax, and compliance frameworks. Advanced Excel and data analysis skills. High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in multi-currency and multi-entity accounting. Understanding of end-of-service benefits and employee financial provisioning. Ability to design and optimize accounting workflows using ERP tools.
