Senior Accountant
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our team in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who has a strong background in accounting within the UAE and is ready to contribute to a fast-growing company.
Position: Senior Accountant
Location: Dubai, UAE
Experience: Minimum 3 years in the UAE
Availability: Immediate joiners preferred
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
Handle full-cycle accounting duties including general ledger, AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and payroll
Prepare and analyze financial reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements
Ensure compliance with UAE VAT laws and assist with VAT filings
Monitor cash flow, manage budgets, and support financial forecasting
Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits
Liaise with banks, suppliers, and other stakeholders as needed
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, ACCA, or CMA is a plus)
Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in Dubai/UAE
Strong knowledge of UAE tax laws, VAT, and financial regulations
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Odoo, Zoho Books, Tally, or SAP)
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
