The Role

This opportunity is with a well-established Media Production Equipment Services company. Key Responsibilities -Lead and manage the accounting team, ensuring effective execution of all financial operations. -Oversee monthly and year-end closings, reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements. -Manage budgets, forecasts, cash flow planning, and financial performance reporting. -Collaborate closely with production and equipment rental departments to monitor costs, revenues, and project-based financials. -Ensure compliance with relevant tax laws, audit requirements, and internal financial controls. -Partner with senior leadership to provide financial insights and support strategic planning. -Implement and maintain efficient accounting systems, processes, and policies. -Liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies as required.



Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA, CMA, or CA preferred). -Minimum 8 years of experience in accounting and finance, including at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role. -Proficient in financial software and ERP systems, with strong Excel skills. -Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills. -Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
