Position overview:
As part of our Accountant Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of engineering solutions for complex projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Record and/or analyze the company's financial transactions (Sales, Purchases, Payments, Collections, and Accruals);
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports (Profit and Loss Statement, Projected Turnover, Project Profitability, Aging of Accounts Receivables, Key Indicators, Accruals, CAPEX Analysis, Prepayments, Order Book);
• Assist in the audit process;
• Assist in the process payroll;
• Review payment transfers to suppliers;
• Prepare, send and register invoices to the clients;
• Follow up on, collect and allocate payments from clients;
• Monitor client account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities;
• Monitor bank issues including fee anomalies and check differences;
• Monitor credit card purchases;
• Assist in bank transfers preparations;
• Supervise, coach and review the work of Junior Accountants.

Profile
We seek the ideal candidate profile with:
Educational background: bachelor's Degree in Accounting;
Industry knowledge: minimum of 3 years of experience in the field.
Essential technical skills:

• MS Office Excel Intermediate
• Proficient with any ERP system
