with experience and familiarity with accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), bookkeeping, VAT filing, financial reporting, balance sheets, profit and loss (P&L) statements, and experience in the

rent-a-car industry

. Strong knowledge and practical experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, payments, collections, and reconciliation. Proficiency in maintaining accurate financial records, tracking expenses, and categorizing transactions is essential for effective bookkeeping. Familiarity with VAT (Value Added Tax) regulations and experience in preparing and filing VAT returns in compliance with local tax laws. Prepare accurate invoice and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to provide insights into the company's financial performance. Strong analytical abilities to interpret financial data, make informed recommendations to optimize financial processes and improve profitability. Understanding of the

rent-a-car industry

dynamics, including revenue recognition principles, cost management, fleet management, and regulatory requirements specific to the industry. Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero,

ZOHO

or industry-specific rental management software for tracking reservations, rental agreements, and fleet management. Proficient in English, clear and concise communication is essential for conveying financial information accurately. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office, with exceptional knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
