1. Daily booking of trade finance transactions, and loan/liability settlements.
2. Monthly ledger reconciliation and circulation.
3. Payment processing, including cheque preparation and follow-up for related approved documents.
4. Creation of ad-hoc reports to address various business needs.
5. Preparation of tax documents.
6. Compilation and analysis of financial statements.
7. Budgeting and forecasting management.
8. Handling petty cash.
9. Assistance in cash flow planning.
10. Collaborating closely with team members for month-end/quarter-end book closing.
11. Summarizing the current financial status by collecting information and preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports.
12. Preparation and review of payroll through WPS (Wage Protection System).
Competency Requirements:

Must have Construction backgroud experience
- Proficiency in the full accounting cycle, from entry to finalization of reports.
- Strong reporting skills and the ability to research and present results.
- General mathematical proficiency.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting software. (Only Tally)
- Thorough understanding of accounting and corporate finance principles and procedures.
- Experience in Quantity Surveying (QS) and Estimation.
- Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Preparation of weekly and monthly reports, including:
- Invoicing Summary with Margin
- Bill of Quantity (Cumulative Reports)
- Bill of Quantity (Monthly) Actual
- Bill of Quantity (Actual Market Rate)
- Detailed Manpower summary with days/person for each scope
- Manpower summary with scope and subcategory
- LPO List with Scope-wise details
- Cost Sheet with Scope-wise breakdown
- Administration Cost and Overhead (OH) Cost.
- System-generated cost center categories.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Full proficiency in the accounting cycle, from entry to finalization of reports.
- Strong reporting skills and the ability to research and present results.
- General mathematical proficiency.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting software.
- Thorough understanding of accounting and corporate finance principles and procedures.
- Experience in Quantity Surveying (QS) and Estimation.
- Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
Additional Requirements:
Qualified and experienced candidates with a minimum of 2-3 years of UAE experience in the construction field are encouraged to apply. A full command of Telly software is essential for this role.
