Senior Accountant
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our finance team at The ENTERTAINER. This role is critical in ensuring financial accuracy, managing supplier payments, reconciling transactions, and supporting strategic financial decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting expertise, analytical skills, and experience with ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process daily supplier payments in accordance with company policies and financial procedures
- Maintain accurate financial records and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Perform regular reconciliations of all company bank accounts, ensuring alignment between records and statements
- Investigate and resolve financial variances efficiently
- Act as the primary liaison with banking service teams and relationship managers to address financial inquiries and concerns
- Oversee the verification, booking, and reconciliation of company credit card transactions, ensuring all statements are fully balanced
- Prepare periodic reconciliations for delivery merchant accounts and execute settlements
- Generate and process monthly sales invoices with accurate posting to the General Ledger
- Assist in calculating statutory payroll deductions, posting payroll entries, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations
- Support ERP system implementation and optimization, collaborating with cross-functional teams for financial process integration
- Assist the Financial Analyst with monthly income and expense reconciliations for the delivery business
- Prepare monthly financial schedules to track and compare actual results against forecasts or budgets
- Attend business meetings, address financial queries, and propose solutions for process improvements
- Foster collaboration with internal departments to maintain smooth financial operations
Job Requirements:
- CPA, CA, or ACCA qualification is required
- 3-5 years of experience in financial accounting, preferably within the delivery or logistics industry
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with accounting software, preferably Oracle or a similar ERP system
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to financial accuracy
- Expertise in reconciliations, financial analysis, and data integrity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous process improvement
