Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated

Accountant

with 3 to 5 years of accounting experience to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will support daily financial operations, and ensure accurate record-keeping in accordance with accounting principles and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Record and reconcile daily transactions, including accounts payable and receivable Maintain and update general ledger accounts and journal entries Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies Help prepare documentation for audits and tax filings Maintain accurate financial records and organized filing systems Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis Prepare project costing Prepare Payroll Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to resolve billing or payment issues And process and monitor any related financial transactions

Qualifications:

Locally Available , Preferred Philippine National Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 3 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience With an understanding of basic accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) Well knowledgeable in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or similar) With analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities Good communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
