SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

F&B Multi-Location Operations

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to oversee the financial operations of our multi-location F&B business.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the food and beverage industry and a proven track record of managing complex financial operations across multiple outlets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage all accounting operations for multiple retail and cafe locations, including AP/AR, payroll, and general ledger maintenance Develop and implement standardized accounting procedures across all outlets to ensure consistency and accuracy Prepare consolidated monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports Analyze profitability by location, product line, and seasonal variations Oversee inventory accounting, including food cost analysis and waste management metrics Coordinate with outlet managers to improve financial performance and operational efficiency Manage cash flow and banking relationships across multiple locations Prepare Costing for products in ERP as per requirements. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare documentation for audits Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field ( CA / CPA preferred) 5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in the F&B or retail industry Proven experience with multi-location business accounting and consolidation Expert knowledge of accounting software SAP B1 and POS systems (experience with restaurant-specific systems like OMEGA is a plus) Strong understanding of inventory management and food cost analysis Experience with cash handling procedures and multiple location banking operations Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with financial reporting tools and software like Tally Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate financial concepts to operations staff
