Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in financial analysis, preparing financial statements and reports, and ensuring compliance with internal and external accounting regulations. The Senior Accountant will maintain the general ledger, perform account reconciliations, assist with audit preparations, and carry out other key accounting duties. Responsibilities: Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile accounts payable and receivable. Produce accurate and error-free accounting reports and present results. Analyze financial information and summarize financial status. Identify errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and reduce spending. Provide technical support and advice to the Management Accountant. Review and recommend improvements to accounting systems and procedures. Manage accounting assistants and bookkeepers. Participate in financial standards setting and the forecasting process. Contribute to the department's goal-setting process. Prepare financial statements and manage budgets in line with schedules. Assist with tax audits and filing tax returns. Oversee internal and external audits to ensure compliance. Plan, assign, and review staffaEUR(TM)s work. Support the month-end and year-end closing processes. Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to enhance internal controls. Requirements: Must have more than 5 years experience in Saudi Arabia Must be full understanding of Saudi Taxation Must be proficient in Zoho accounting software.
