Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Senior Accountant at Foodstuff Trading Company located in Ajman Al Jurf Area. The accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records: accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliations Monitor and control food and beverage costs across outlets Analyze income and expenses to identify cost-saving opportunities Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Ensure compliance with UAE tax laws and financial regulations Act as a financial advisor to senior management on budgeting and profitability Support internal and external audits with required documentation Collaborate with operations and procurement teams for proper cost allocation Forecast cash flow and contribute to long-term financial planning Liaise within internal departments to ensure proper cost allocations and approvals.
Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CA) is a plus.

- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in accounting and Finance.

- Proficiency in accounting software (ERP ,TALLY, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office .

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
