Job Overview:
Al Rasikhoon Real Estate is seeking an experienced
Senior Accountant
with at least5 years of UAE experience
, ideally in theconstruction or engineering consultancy sector
. The ideal candidate will be responsible formanaging financial transactions, ensuring compliance, and maintaining financial accuracy
within the company.Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting & Statements:
Prepare and ensure accurate financial statements that comply with UAE regulations. Assist in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
Transaction Management:
Oversee daily financial transactions, including
accounts payable and receivable
. Postjournal entries
and managefixed assets
accurately.Reconciliation & Compliance:
Conduct
bank reconciliations
and maintain an accurategeneral ledger
. EnsureVAT filings and financial compliance
are handled efficiently. Resolve billing discrepancies with subcontractors and material suppliers.Month-End & Audit Support:
Perform
month-end closing procedures
to ensure accurate financial reporting. Supportexternal audits and financial reviews
.Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Experience:
Minimum5 years in accounting within the UAE
, preferably in construction or engineering consultancy.Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge ofaccounting principles, ERP systems, and MS Office
.Soft Skills:
Stronganalytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
.Language:
English (required);Arabic is a plus
