Job Description
We are a manufacturing & retail company who's currently seeking a highly skilled
Senior Accountant
to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and a deep understanding of financial principles, regulations and Proficiency in ERP.Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations and journal entries.
Prepare financial reports, P&L statements and balance sheets.
Handle VAT and Corporate Tax filing and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.
Monitor and maintain accounting records and documentation.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and internal financial audits.
Coordinate with external auditors, suppliers, and internal departments.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 4+ years of experience in accounting
(Manufacturing experience preferred)
.Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and accounting standards.
Proficiency in ERP is a must.
Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle)
