We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Senior Accountant

to join our dynamic finance team at our private company in Ajman. As a Senior Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing the financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger. Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements. Coordinate and manage month-end and year-end closing procedures. Manage reconciliation of all bank accounts and financial transactions. Work closely with internal and external auditors to ensure timely and efficient audits. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior accounting staff.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, with at least 1 years in a senior or supervisory role. Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar). Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive financial information. UAE experience preferred.
