A well established telecom company based in Dubai is looking for a Senior Accountant with ACMA qualified with additional credentials such as CA, CMA or ACCA.

Lead and manage cost accounting functions across multiple projects independently. Develop and implement cost control systems to improve operational efficiency. Prepare detailed cost and variance analyses, profitability reports, and management dashboards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning. Ensure compliance with UAE VAT laws, IFRS standards, and internal control policies. Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities. Oversee inventory valuation, cost audits, and standard costing procedures. Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes. Perform financial modeling, business case evaluations, and feasibility studies for new investments. Act as a strategic financial partner to operations and senior management.
o Requirements

Qualification: ACMA (mandatory); CA, CMA, or ACCA preferred. Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience: Proven expertise in financial reporting, cost accounting, and regulatory compliance. Strong knowledge of UAE VAT laws and IFRS. Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
