POSITION SUMMARY The role of an accountant is to provide support to the accounting department by performing accounts receivable activities, including payments to vendors, verifying and reconciling invoices according to established policies and procedures in an efficient, timely and accurate manner. Nationality: Any Arabic Country KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES \xc2\xb7 Process accounting receivables and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures. \xc2\xb7 Validate invoicing data in the system. \xc2\xb7 Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables\' data. \xc2\xb7 Validate bills receivable, invoices and bank deposits. \xc2\xb7 Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted. \xc2\xb7 Verify discrepancies and resolve clients\xe2\x80\x99 billing issues. \xc2\xb7 Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients. \xc2\xb7 Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status. \xc2\xb7 Perform any other tasks and duties assigned from time to time. \xc2\xb7 Protect organization\xe2\x80\x99s value by keeping information confidential. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, COMPETENCIES Educational Qualification: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s in Finance, Commerce or Accounting Additional Qualification: Certificate in MS Office Years of Experience: 3-5 years in an accounting/receivable role. UAE experience is preferred Job specific skills: \xc2\xb7 Accurate and precise attention to detail \xc2\xb7 Strong written and verbal communication skills \xc2\xb7 Excellent time management skills; able to prioritize \xc2\xb7 Excellent computer skills and experience in accounting software, preferably in ERP. \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting best practices, laws, standards, and state/national regulations Key competencies Communication, Customer Focus, Problem Solving, Attention to detail, Basic Knowledge of Accounting Principles, Transactional Accounting Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month Experience:
