Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced

Accountant

with

7+ years of UAE-based accounting experience

to manage the full spectrum of accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and fully familiar with UAE financial regulations, VAT compliance, and local business practices.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Management

Manage full-cycle accounting including AP, AR, GL, and month-end close Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Perform bank reconciliations and cash flow management Oversee revenue recognition for memberships, offices, and service contracts

Invoicing & Receivables

Issue accurate and timely invoices to tenants and members Monitor receivables and actively follow up on outstanding payments Coordinate with operations on contracts, renewals, and billing adjustments

Compliance & UAE Regulations

Ensure full compliance with

UAE VAT laws

, filings, and documentation Maintain audit-ready financial records in line with UAE standards Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and authorities

Budgeting & Management Reporting

Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning Monitor operational expenses and implement cost-control measures Provide management with financial analysis and performance insights

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

7+ years of accounting experience within the UAE (mandatory)

Strong working knowledge of

UAE VAT regulations and compliance

Proficiency in accounting software (Zoho Books or QuickBooks) Advanced Excel and reporting skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision High attention to detail and accuracy

Available to start immediately

Preferred Qualifications

Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent) is an advantage Experience in business centers, real estate, or service-based environments Familiarity with lease-based and recurring revenue models
