As an Accountant/CPA, you will play a vital role in managing the financial health of our organization. You will be responsible for financial reporting, auditing, tax compliance, and ensuring that our accounting practices align with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and statements.

- Perform monthly reconciliations and manage general ledger entries.

- Prepare budgets and forecasts, monitoring variances and offering insights.

- Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns and compliance with tax regulations.

- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.

- Assist with financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making.

- Provide guidance and support to staff regarding financial processes and procedures.

- Stay current on accounting regulations and best practices to maintain compliance.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- CPA certification is required.

- Proven experience as an Accountant or similar role.

- Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Odoo, Zoho, etc.) and MS Excel.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
