Cityway Facilities Management L.L.C is a leading provider of integrated facilities management services across the UAE. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented
Senior Accountant
to oversee our company's financial operations and ensure accuracy and compliance in all accounting processes.Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Handle general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations. Monitor and manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities. Ensure compliance with
UAE VAT laws
, accounting standards, and company policies. Coordinate with internal and external auditors for financial audits. Conduct financial analysis and provide reports to management for decision-making. Supervise and guide junior accounting staff.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CMA qualification is an advantage).
Minimum 10 years of accounting experience
, preferably inFacilities Management or Construction industry
. Strong understanding ofUAE accounting standards, VAT regulations, and financial reporting
. Proficiency inTally / QuickBooks / ERP systems
. Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills. High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.Salary:
