Senior Accountant
Job Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and review accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, tailored to real estate operations.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets and financial forecasts for real estate projects and portfolios. Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
• Transaction Management: Oversee and process real estate transactions, including property acquisitions, dispositions, leases, and financing arrangements.
• Accounts Payable/Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and collections.
• Compliance & Regulation: Ensure compliance with all accounting regulations, industry standards, and real estate-specific financial practices. Prepare and coordinate audits and regulatory reports.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support decision-making related to property investments, performance evaluations, and strategic planning.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in real estate accounting operations.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and supervise junior accountants and finance staff, providing guidance and support in their professional development.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of accounting experience with a focus on real estate or property management.
• Proven track record in handling complex real estate transactions and financial reporting.
